How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 10 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. During checkout, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown. We currently only send letterbox packages that are always registered and the shipping costs are €7.95.

How do I maintain my Virgin Hair Bundles?
To extend the lifespan of your Virgin Hair Bundles, we recommend washing them regularly with a mild sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, detangling with a wide-tooth comb, and using heat protectant when styling.
Can I dye or style the Virgin Hair Bundles?
Yes, you can dye and style our Virgin Hair Bundles! Since they are made from 100% human hair, they can be treated just like your own hair. Be sure to use high-quality hair dye and styling products for the best results. virgin hair can be dyed up to 27 color.
